Instituto PROA creates opportunities for personal and professional development for low-income young people coming from public schools, helping them to become protagonists of their own stories and to enter the labor market.

Platform Proa operates in the online environment, offering training paths that enable young people from public schools to work in the job market, developing the necessary social and emotional skills, in a digital and scalable way.

With impressive visuals, interactive videos and illustrations of young people were incorporated into the platform, to enhance the identification of the target audience with the platform's journey. The verbal language chosen, on the other hand, proposed a relaxed tone of voice, without gender and without the use of regional expressions, to become inclusive and stimulating for users.

In addition to the Platform, Eólica was responsible for the new version of the Instituto PROA website. The redesign aims to improve the usability and look of the website, to make it more intuitive.
