Onçafari was created to promote environmental conservation and foster socio-economic development through ecotourism and scientific studies. It works for biodiversity conservation in different Brazilian biomes, focusing on jaguars and maned wolves.

To boost donations to the project, we mapped Onçafari’s points of contact, held in-depth interviews with the interested public and identified benchmarks, competition and similar businesses.

As a result, we defined a new brand and business strategy, created a calendar of actions to increase and diversify fundraising – making the project self-sustainable –, and developed communication materials.
